Behind the Brand
Hey! I’m Liv, the creative mess behind Unwind With Chaos. I didn’t know it at the time, but UWC was quietly forming throughout my whole life. It showed up under different names and half-finished ideas, but the heart of it was always the same: helping creatives, and helping people feel more at home in their own creativity.
Between client projects, I’m always working on a few slightly secret things like tools, prompts, and playful experiments designed to help people slow down, get curious, and reconnect with why they started creating in the first place. I’m especially drawn to work that makes creativity feel less intimidating and more human.
I’ve personally dealt with (and still deal with) anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and chronic stress, so I know how easily creativity can turn into pressure instead of joy. Unwind With Chaos was built as a reminder that creativity doesn’t have to be tidy to be worth doing.
