First, you’ll fill out a questionnaire with as much detail as you can. No ideas yet? Totally fine, that’s what I’m here for. I’ll review your answers and do a quick brainstorm to make sure I’m the right fit for your project. If I am, I’ll send you a booking link for an initial consultation. If not, I’ll let you know. The initial consultation requires a payment of AUD$85 to secure your booking. This covers the prep, research, and idea development I do before we meet. After our initial consultation, I’ll move into moodboards, ideation, and early drafts. We’ll then meet again to review the direction and refine the ideas together. From there, the project moves forward at a pace that suits you, following the agreed steps, no two projects look exactly the same! Final payment is required before any files are delivered.

I am a pretty open designer and happy to discuss any kind of project, but for clearer clarity, below is a list of my best/favourite projects: • Brand Identity (logo, styleguides, fonts, icons) • Patterns • Social Media Graphics • Print Advertising • Presentations • Merchandise Design • Simple Motion Graphics If your idea doesn’t fit neatly into a box, that’s even better! I’m always excited to take on new and unexpected design projects.

The initial consultation is a 60-minute session where we deep-dive into your project and figure out the best next steps. Before we meet, I’ll spend time drafting initial ideas and concepts so we have something solid to talk through. During the session, we’ll refine those ideas, clarify the scope, and align on what you actually need. After the consultation, I’ll put together a project proposal and quote based on everything we discussed and send it through to you.

That’s totally okay. There’s no obligation to continue beyond the initial consult, and no hard feelings if you decide it’s not the right fit. Time and money matter, so if you choose not to move forward, just let me know.

Yes. Once final payment has been received, full copyright ownership, including commercial usage rights is transferred to you. Until final payment is made, all work remains my property.

The biggest difference is usage and ownership. Creative design is for personal projects like gifts, crafts, and just-for-fun ideas. It isn’t intended for professional or commercial use. Graphic design is for businesses, sole traders, and any work that will be used commercially.

Refunds depend on the stage of the project. Once final, approved work has been delivered, refunds aren’t available. If a project is stopped midway, I can refund any unused portion of your payment. Any work already completed will still need to be paid for. Please note: initial consultations are non-refundable.
