Graphic Design
First, you’ll fill out a questionnaire (creative) with as much detail as you can. No ideas yet? Totally fine, that’s what I’m here for.
I’ll review your answers and do a quick brainstorm to make sure I’m the right fit for your project. If I am, I’ll send you a booking link for an initial consultation. If not, I’ll let you know.
The initial consultation requires a payment of AUD$50 to secure your booking. This covers the prep, research, and idea development I do before we meet.
One-off projects:
I’ll either follow up with a summary of our session or move straight into creating your final design. You’ll be invoiced for the remaining agreed amount.
Long-term projects:
We'll kick things off once I’ve received your deposit (45%) and signed agreement (which is discussed in our consultation).
If we're missing any information or materials we need to complete your project, I'll shoot you a message within 5 business days of signing to let you know what we need.
You'll have 7 business days to get that info to me. Just a heads up, if I don't receive what I need, it might push back your project timeline and completion date.
Short answer: a lot (within reason, of course).
Some of my favourite projects include:
• Custom magazines for loved ones, holidays, or just because (~$100-200)
• Magazine, booklet, or journal templates for DIY lovers (~$100)
• Birthday and themed party signage, décor, and cake toppers (~$100-400)
• Wall and home prints (~$100-400)
• Personal craft templates (~$50-100)
• Clothing and apparel designs (~$100-200)
• Hobby and passion project templates (really depends)
If your idea doesn’t fit neatly into a box, that’s even better! I’m always excited to take on new and unexpected creative projects.
Please note that these prices are only estimates and based on low-medium difficulty. The price depends on the length and scope of your project.
The initial consultation is a 45-minute session where we deep-dive into your project and figure out the best next steps.
Before we meet, I’ll spend time drafting initial ideas and concepts so we have something solid to talk through. During the session, we’ll refine those ideas, clarify the scope, and align on what you actually need.
After the consultation, I’ll put together a project proposal and quote based on everything we discussed and send it through to you.
Nope! While most projects are delivered as digital files, I can also help with physical items for certain projects.
If your design needs to be printed, I can recommend the best printing options for your needs (for example, I often use Vistaprint for magazines). For things like clothing, I can also help source suitable manufacturers where possible.
In some cases, like a custom cake topper, I can create the physical item for you instead of it being DIY. Physical creation does come at an additional cost, so just let me know in your questionnaire whether you’re after something DIY or physical.
Please note: physical products are currently only available to clients in NSW, Australia.
Refunds depend on the stage of the project. Once final, approved work has been delivered, refunds aren’t available.
If a project is stopped midway, I can refund any unused portion of your payment. Any work already completed will still need to be paid for.
Please note: initial consultations are non-refundable.
Confidential Information – This covers anything that's not already public knowledge, like ideas, designs, concepts, processes, trade secrets, or any info that's marked as confidential or would obviously be considered private based on what it is.
Deliverables – The creative design work, files, and materials we've agreed to create for you (as outlined in the Project Details).
Final Files – Your finished, high-quality design files in the formats we've agreed on, all ready for you to use for your personal projects.
Intellectual Property Rights – All the legal rights related to copyright, trademarks, designs, patents, and other creative ownership stuff – whether it existed before we started working together or was created during this project.
Personal Use – This means you can use the designs for your own non-commercial, private stuff like personal projects, gifts, parties, events, and creative hobbies. It doesn't include using them for business, selling them, or making money from them in any way.
Projects usually include 3 rounds of revisions.
What counts as a revision? Reasonable tweaks to the designs we've shown you. This doesn't include:
• Complete redesigns or brand new concepts
• Changing the brief or scope after you've approved it
• Extra deliverables we didn't originally agree on
• Fixing info you gave us incorrectly
Anything beyond your included revisions or outside what we agreed on will cost extra.
If you want major changes to the brief after we've started, we'll likely need to requote the project, which may mean additional fees and more time.
Once you've paid in full, you own the copyright to the final approved design.
What you can do with it:
• Use it for personal purposes (print invitations, create gifts, share with family/friends)
• Post it on social media or personal websites
• Modify it for your personal needs
• Share or gift it to family/friends for their personal use
What you can't do:
• Use it commercially or for business
• Sell, license, or make money from it
• Use it as a business logo or branding
• Claim you created it
If you want to use it commercially later, just ask, we can discuss licensing.
